Privacy policy


1. The Customer understands that the Customer’s full name, e-mail address, phone
number, and delivery address are information that must be collected from flurimi Fashion
The full name is used when referencing the order.
The e-mail address is used to send the Customer any relevant document and/or
information about the Customer’s order, and/or anything else flurimi Fashion may deem as important.
The phone number is used as contact information in the shipping package.
The delivery address is used as the product’s destination address when shipped.
2. The Customer understands that this information is collected in Flurimi Fashion online orders database, to keep a record of the information so it isn’t lost.
9.3. The Customer understands that the Customer’s personal information will be used solely for the purposes stated in Article 10.1., and his/her information will not be published, shared, or distributed in any way, shape or form.In the event that the
Customer’s photos are posted in our promotion channels, consent will be requested.

 

Business policy


1. The items are intended to be sold to legal persons, who are purchasing upon personal
needs ( hereinafter referred to as the “Customer".
2.Defects for which the seller is not responsible.
The seller is not liable for the defects, if the buyer at the time of entering into the
contract was aware of the defects, or they could not have been unknown to him.
3.It is considered that they may not be unfamiliar to the buyer, those flaws which a careful person, with average knowledge and experience of the person of the same craftsmanship and profession as the buyer could easily notice during ordinary viewing of the item.

1. The Customer shall not reproduce, represent, distribute or adapt, directly or
indirectly, any exclusive content pertaining to flurimi Fashion including trademarks,
illustrations, photographs, videos, and designs in any way, shape, or form, without
prior written consent from Flurimi Fashion.

Shipping Timelines: Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, except for custom-made or personalized dresses, which may require additional processing time.
Customers will be notified in the case of any unforeseen delays.

Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that the shipping options may vary depending on the destination and the nature of the product.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight of the package on us . Additional fees may apply for international orders, expedited shipping, or any special delivery requests.

Tracking Information: Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of their package. Customers can track their orders directly on our website or through the designated courier's tracking service.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.

Address Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information regarding the process for returning or exchanging dresses. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges may vary based on the reason for return and the customer's location.

Delivery Confirmation: For security purposes, all packages will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the designated shipping address.
We reserve the right to update and modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
Customers are encouraged to review the shipping policy regularly for any changes or updates.


Return Policy:


Eligibility: Dresses can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date* since the day it is shipped back to the day it arrives. The confirmation of the problem with the dress needs to be notified in 24h and to be ready to shipped the next day or else the dress can’t be returned. To be eligible for a return, the dress must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Any dress that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return. If you want to return a dress you should send videos and pictures of the dress demage, or anything else that you find it a problem and shipp it the same day.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified return period. Customers will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process, including the return shipping address and any required documentation.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, an error on our part, or damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.


Refund or Exchange: Once the returned dress is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, customers may choose to receive a refund or exchange the dress for another available option. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized dresses, as well as dresses that have been altered or modified based on the customer's request. Additionally, any dress that does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above may not be accepted for return.

Return Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy guidelines. Any unauthorized returns or returns received after the specified return period may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
